Bring your notes with you.

Taskflow was the original name for Dino Do List. Your notes stay in the browser where you created them, so moving to dinodolist.com takes a backup and an import.

  1. Open your original app on the same device and browser you used before. Wait for images and recordings to load.
  2. Open the sidebar, then choose JSON (.json) under Export. Keep that file until you have checked the move.
  3. Open Dino Do List, open the sidebar, and choose Import backup. Select the file you saved.
  4. Check your notes, checklists, images and recordings before removing the old app.

Your existing notes stay safe

Import adds to the notes already here. When two notes have the same ID but different contents, both versions are kept. Importing the same unchanged backup again does not add another copy.

Moving from the original app?

Its older export includes notes but omits notebook names and custom templates. Notebook groups are kept as “Recovered notebook”; you can move their notes into newly named notebooks. Copy any custom templates you need before retiring the old app.

If an import reports missing media, return to the original app, allow every image and recording to load, and export again. Keep the original app available until you have verified everything.

Notes are stored on this device. They do not automatically sync between browsers or phones. Make regular JSON backups; clearing browser data removes locally stored notes.
